Crockpot Chicken Alfredo Tortellini is a creamy, comforting one-pot meal made with tender shredded chicken, cheese tortellini, Alfredo sauce, and plenty of melty cheese — all cooked in your slow cooker.
1.5–2 lbs boneless chicken breasts or thighs
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, cubed
1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Add chicken, broth, garlic, seasoning, salt & pepper to crockpot.
Cook on LOW 3–4 hrs or HIGH 2–2.5 hrs until chicken is cooked.
Shred chicken in pot. Add cream cheese, Alfredo, mozzarella, Parmesan. Stir.
Cover and cook on LOW 20–30 mins, stirring occasionally until creamy.
Stir in tortellini. Cook another 20–30 mins until pasta is tender.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Use fresh tortellini, not frozen. Stir occasionally for even melting. Add spinach or mushrooms for variation.
